Description: This is my second 311 request regarding the severe neglect of this property, and there has still been no action taken. The backyard is severely overgrown and filled with trash, including mattresses and other debris. The conditions have also resulted in a significant rodent problem. Our driveway is directly behind this property, and we are now experiencing rats on our property and around our vehicles. Most recently, rodents chewed through the wiring of our car, causing extensive damage and resulting in the vehicle being deemed totaled. This has become a serious health, safety, and property-damage concern for us. Something needs to be done about this property. I am requesting that the City inspect the yard and take appropriate enforcement action to address the trash, overgrowth, and rodent infestation. This has been reported previously, and the lack of action has allowed the situation to continue and worsen.
