- Description
- Around 8:20am on Monday 10/5, I witnessed 3 male individuals in the "parklet" on the corner of Dixwell Street & Columbus Ave. near the playground of the Hernandez School appearing to shoot drugs. I'm concerned there may be needles left behind after witnessing this. Can the city please send a clean up to ensure no needles were left behind. Thank you.
