- Many reconstructed ramps along Kelton St are still missing detectable warning panels. This is my third report on the topic, and no action has been taken since contractors poured the ramps four months ago. This is a PROWAG compliance failure and a blatant violation of City standards for pedestrian ramps (https://www.boston.gov/sites/default/files/file/2025/03/03-19-2025_Ped%20Ramp%20Details.pdf). Please explain why these ramps continue to be noncompliant, and repair them immediately.
