- There is cement from the sidewalk installation on the window of one unit from Lawn Street side of 251 Heath street . I’ve put in a few different requests regarding this cement on our window. I believe this is the latest: BCS: 00340446. Please remove this cement from the window. It is the result of the new sidewalk.
