Overflowing Trash

Description: Mystic Place in Charlestown is a dead end street. On trash days the garbage and recycle people leave the trash barrels all over the place, after emptying them, at the front of Mystic Place. This completely blocks the entrace to the street. Usually, there are about 45 to 50 trash and recycle barrels blocking the road. For some of the residents that live on Mystic Place, this is the only way out of our homes. Could you please tell the trash people to be mindful of this? Today, the neighbors had to move barrels to create a pathway to get out which is what you see in the attached picture, but earlier the barrels were all over the place blocking the street.
