Illegally Blocked Sidewalk

Description: Sandwich boards make using the sidewalk inherently dangerous for those with disabilities. People have to single-file and frequently knock into these boards which are on the public sidewalk. To my understanding, this is prohibited by Boston sign code. These business are Boston Tattoo Company and Union Park Pizza. I opened case BCS-00364439 and enforcement t checked at 1:04 AM. The sandwich boards are only placed out during business hours.
