Description: 1252 Washington Street, Boston — Alex’s Pizza Friday, October 30, 2026, at 12:03 a.m. Four Alex’s Pizza customers’ vehicles are parked in the bus and bike lane, despite available parking nearby. MBTA buses are still operating at this hour. This is a recurring problem during the day and late at night. Buses constantly sound their horns because customers’ parked vehicles block the lane, disrupting public transit and creating repeated noise disturbances for nearby residents. These parked vehicles also create a serious safety hazard by forcing cyclists into moving traffic. Residents should not have to endure repeated late-night horn noise because the bus and bike lane is being used as customer parking. Please dispatch parking enforcement to clear the lane and provide consistent enforcement to prevent this ongoing problem. Photos attached.
