- Hello I am reporting after-hours construction noise associated with M. Madden Construction Inc. at 291 Norfolk Street, Dorchester Center, MA 02124. Construction activity has been occurring after 10:00 p.m. on weekdays, causing excessive noise and disrupting residents' sleep. Please investigate whether the contractor has an approved after-hours permit and take appropriate enforcement action if the work is not authorized. Thank you.
