- A large Kelkova tree was removed on Oct. 28, due to serious upheaval of sidewalk, interference with wires and my request. Arborest did an excellent job. However, the sidewalk was left in a unsafe condition. There are heavy, good-sized slabs of broken concrete that could move or tip into the street. Public works need to repair the sidewalk as soon as possible. My husband was able to move the worse piece away from the curb a little, but it appears to be sinking back off the curb. A car could puncture a tire on it. The sidewalk
