Description
517 Columbus Ave., Collette Cafe Reference is made to the Outdoor Dining Program for 2026 Page 13 #12 which states "Barriers and other materials cannot be placed over utility access points or street light pull boxes or in a way that interferes with storm drains." As you can see from the photos, the permittee is not in compliance. Please investigate, revoke Outdoor Dining License remove patio IMMEDIATELY and decline any request for a 2027 Outdoor Dining License. This is a landmark district and a residential and historic neighborhood. Thank you.
