Description: Pictures from my neighbors at 24 Decatur street apartment 1, east Boston, MA 02128. Attaching pictures from today as well as this summer, where they let their dog go outside in their patio, do not clean up and he hangs around in his own feces and with rats. There is rodent infestation in our house and theirs, constant smell and flies/ mosquitoes because of it.
