The constituent states they visited the service location (Eddie’s Automotive) last night and reports they were charged prior to their tank being filled, resulting in them receiving less gas than what they paid for. Constituent states that they were overcharged for gas at this location. States that their gas light was on and they paid $10 into the pump, however it appeared nothing came out and the light was still on. Constituent reported that after pumping gas and the pump clicked to indicate that the tank was full, the pump started to spew gas everywhere. The const stated that she got soaked in gasoline and that her car was covered in gas. Const stated that she went inside and alerted the clerk of the issue and the clerk stated that this happens all the time and everything is fine. Constituent also stated that during winter months that specific pump is extremely slow and it could take up to an hour to get a full tank. Constituent is reporting that there was a shortage of gas. The gas didn't come out and he was charged $40 bucks, he reported it to the gas attendant and he told him that the pump wasn't working and there wasn't a sign on the pump. The constituent wants this to be investigated because the employees are stealing from them. Constituent is reporting that the gas pump is overflowing gas. he paid for his gas and the pump was still leaking after. He spoke to the manager of the store and they let him know that this happens often. The constituent is concerned if someone smokes a cigarette that this place can catch on fire. Constituent reported putting $20.00 for gas and and is normally full but she ende up having a half a tank.
