Traffic light spun the wrong way (due to wind i think?)

A stop sign at a 4 way stop is missing at the intersection of Saratoga and Moore in East Boston. Specifically the westbound stop sign on Saratoga is missing.

Street sign need to be fix

Signage needed to alert that right turn in red is allowed when “no turn on red sign” is not illuminated. This would help decrease congestion at a heavy traffic intersection during rush hour.

Fallen sign obstructing sidewalk
