Street light still out. Please note there are 2 light fixtures on one pole. One is still out which is the bigger/brighter of the 2. Public alley 818 next to the rear of 52 Westland Ave

Continuous activity of homeless sheltering in public playground overnight. Leaving behind debris, needles, feces, and conducting inappropriate acts. Police are contacted to no avail and it is an ongoing issue in this neighborhood that have been reported to the city for years now.
