Residents of 223 Main Street placed their trash on Hathon square which is a private way. Their trash is blocking our cars, we can’t get out of our parking lot because it’s blocked by their barrels and loose trash. They need to place their trash on Main Street in front of their residence which is on a public street.

Constant illegal parking every single day on 2-way street. Blocking fire hydrant and driveways.
