There are 3 mattresses/box springs propped up against the fence at 629 River St, Mattapan, MA, 02126. They have been there going on 2 weeks and with the upcoming Thxsg holiday, they may be there even longer. This owner has regular tickets for these issues as tenant turnover is high and trash left behind is not disposed of properly. See tickets: 101004114887, 101004610012, and 101005771661.

Ata Shariat Moharreri (DOB: 02/19/1982) moved from Bronx, New York to the South End on October 1, 2025 (see message attached). His current residence is 32 E. Springfield #3, Boston, MA 02118. He owns and operates a black 2019 Lexus SUV auto vehicle with New York License Plates # KXL-7321 (see photo). He rents a parking spot in the alley behind the building (photo taken on 11/4/25). He purchased the vehicle in New York in July 2022. Mr. Moharreri has lived in Massachusetts for over 30 days and continues operating the vehicle with out-of-state plates and driver's license. Mr. Moharreri is operating the vehicle illegally on a daily basis with our minor child (DOB: 09/12/2020). The Child was dropped off at school today in Quincy by his father at 9:46am (11/24). I am picking up our child after school and he will be in my physical care and custody and that's why I'm reporting this issue now. To protect our son from being transported in an unregistered and uninsured vehicle with a driver that does not have a valid Massachusetts Driver's License.
