March 17, 2026 — 10:11 PM (Quiet Hours Disturbance) While asleep in my bedroom, I was awakened by heavy impact noise coming from the upstairs apartment directly above my bedroom. The noise consisted of aggressive, hard footsteps and movement across the floor. This occurred during quiet hours and disrupted my sleep. The impact noise was clearly distinguishable from normal walking and was loud enough to wake me from sleep. Moving furniture and arranging this upstairs at well.

Garbage can not emptied. Our can was with the rest of the cans for our building and was not emptied into the truck.

There was a news segment about getting trees planted in the city but whenever I request trees for tree-less streets the requests get closed stating “the person requesting it has to live there”.
