I wanted to know if a plow can be sent to Silvia ct and have them plow a bit better and drop salt… this place no one can get out nor any emergency vehicles would be able to get in here. The plows don’t even plow when they come up here

I AM NOT ASKING THE CITY TO REMOVE SNOW. PLEASE DON'T CLOSE THIS REQUEST RIGHT AWAY. Would the City consider contracting a company for sidewalk snow cleaning? They are already cleaning the sidewalk next to it. The sidewalk in front of 142 Shawmut Ave, Boston 02118 is cared for by the City of Boston. However it seems very low on the priority list for sidewalk snow cleaning. Sidewalks to the left and right of this short section are being cleaned by private companies. Is there any way to contract one of these companies to include the sidewalk the city is responsible for? Our sidewalk is cleaned by Banshee Maintenance Inc., 617 504 2499, info@1800banshee.com. They came out right away this morning after the heavy snowfall. It should not be much to add the shirt section to their snow cleaning routine. Thank you!

02/22/26 11:45 am: 18 Barclay Road and 19 Barclay Road, West Roxbury. We are on a dead end street with a "T" that requires street plowing to both ends, not just the straight portion of the road. This T is clearly marked on and map. Right now, this is not happening and it didn't happen during the Jan. 2026 storm (check the pictures submitted from the Jan. 2026 storm from me, as it is the same issue). The snow plows have been down three times and ignoring the "T" part of the street which has two houses of Barclay Road located on each side of the T. We are watching our end of Barclay Road becoming totally inaccessible for a car or ambulance, why the rest of Barclay is being plowed. There is only one way out of Barclay Road. Plowing just one part of our street is not adequate. Please ask the plow drivers to plow the "T" part as they are able to push the snow all the way to each end. Ignoring this end of the street continuation is ignoring the people who live in the two houses. We are all senior citizens. This is dangerous. Thank you.

We attended a concert at the House of Blues on Saturday night. A fellow concert-goer projectile vomitted on the concert floor---and on myself and two children. The venue offered some disinfectant wipes, but there was no medical personal provided to us--and there were unknown body fluids on us against our will. We had to leave to go home and properly clean ourselves. There should be a plan in place for when this happens and it was very chaotic and unsafe.

Harzadous smoke on Stuart street - taken 2/22/26

We hope the snow removal isn't as bad as it was after the storm on January 25th. The side streets, and many main streets, in Boston neighborhoods could have been cleaned better. We hope the people in charge of supervising this work at the Department of Public Works demand more and don't waste and squander taxpayer money on a shoddy job.

The amount of littering in the Stuart street area of downtown Boston is very concerning. These streets are supposed to be representative of Boston as a clean, decent, and safe community, but instead, the opposite of those is the current state of Boston downtown. Thank you for replying. I am not asking for our street to be plow as a favor! I have own my house for 20 years and we have never had this issue. What we need is for the City to please stop blocking out private way with more snow and making difficult and extremely hard to plow our only emergency exit. Your response to my first case was really not understandable.
