Rats present daily

Caller states there is a rat infestation in the ceiling and the rodents are bringing mites which she has been infested with. Caller states there is pink mold in the apartment and nothing is being done to address the issue. Streetlight is dim

Rat sightings: smith park Allston - 2 locations. Bench along ivy lane/ south campus dr By basketball courts, hole leading to nest under bench on bike path side. Observed multiple rats coming in and out. Further down path by gate to Harvard track. 2 shipping containers closest to fence - saw 10 rats running in and out. Unsure if can coordinate with Harvard to place traps on their side or if only able to put up on park side of fence.

No trash pick-up today 11/25 at 75 Seaverns Ave. recycling and compost were collected.
