Its 11:37pm on Jan 27th - why is a crew arriving at this time to shovel the snow on the steps leading from thomas park down to east 8th? My child has school tomorrow and the noise is keeping her up. This is the second time they have arrived at this time and its unacceptable. My elderly neighbour was also disturbed both times!

This white BMW is parked on the corner of Chamberlain and Gaylord Streets near the intersection in violation of the minimum 20 foot motor vehicle parking requirement from an intersecting way (ie. street corner). This often makes it difficult for large vehicles such as school buses and garbage trucks to make this turn. It also makes it difficult for the residents who use the driveway opposite that corner to access the driveway. Now with piles of snow around, using the driveway is more difficult and potentially dangerous.

Hello, I have filed a complaint with 311 but am following up here as well. There is ongoing construction at 201 Brookline Ave, Boston, MA 02215 (next to TimeOut Market and across from 170 Brookline Ave, a residential building). The construction begins setup as early as 5:30 AM Monday through Saturday, with trucks, machinery, loud beeping, and banging. Work formally starts at 6 AM and continues with excessive noise, including dropping heavy objects, slamming, and loud machinery. This has been going on for months, and these hours are unacceptable near residential buildings. Additionally, tonight (1/27) at 11 PM, the crew is still outside, making loud noises and using machinery, further disrupting sleep. Residents across the street are subjected to daily early-morning noise without any breaks, and late-night activity like this is unreasonable and likely violates noise and permit regulations. The current schedule severely disrupts sleep and should not be permitted in residential areas. Please investigate this matter and ensure that construction hours comply with regulations to prevent ongoing disturbance.
