I know it’s been a brutal 2 days of snow removal so not trying to sound ungrateful! When there is a chance can a plow please go down Richardson St again? Specifically coming in from Mackin. The road is impassable. Thank you!!

I am 80 yrs old and my street have not been plowed , can not get in are out it is a dead end . I have health issues an emergency vehicle could not get in. STREET IS 1 HESTIA PARK ,ROXBURY. I CALLED ON . JAN. 25 ,TWICE TO 311.

Street not plowed and fire hydrant inaccessible from street. Shoveled to expose hydrant. Please plow asap. All other surrounding streets have been plowed once already.

Harvard Kent vent is on 24/7, malfunctioning, and extremely loud, disturbing neighbors. Please have someone turn off and/or relocate vent.

I live at 23 City View Road on the Boston side. The road has barely been cleared, and the end of the street is blocked to the point that an ambulance could not reach us. My upstairs neighbor is an elderly woman in her eighties, making this a serious safety concern. My landlord contacted both Boston and Brookline, but each municipality claimed the other is responsible. During the severe winter of 2015, Boston workers did an excellent job keeping the road passable. I have a medical appointment this afternoon that I will likely have to take an Uber to because of the conditions. Any assistance or clarification on who is responsible for this stretch would be appreciated.

Sidewalk need cleaning

Payson Ave has not been plowed and the residents are all unable to leave. We have had two RIDE drivers have to park at the top of Glendale and walk elderly riders with walkers on top of snow banks down Payson to get to their homes. There is no access for a medical emergency and the snow is now frozen.

Odd side of longfellow St needs to be plowed. Even side is fine odd side is a mess. There isn't enough room for 2 way traffic. Major safety hazard.

Armory street has only been 1/2 plowed, need to come and complete the street

I am a disabled senior living at 22 Osceola St Hyde Park Ma. The snow plow came straight down Friendship Road and dumped the snow in front of my property. I can’t get near the sidewalk, pull up near my house nor access the driveway. This is a very hazardous situation for me and I haven’t returned home because of the safety issues.
