Ticket #101006570790 is not resolved - grocery cart is still on sidewalk. This is in front of 40 upland street

Following up on case number: 101006562956. I filed this case on march 9th regarding a damaged do not enter sign. Since then I’ve vitbessed 2 cars drive down the wrong way. I also remembered an additional detail that may be useful. There used to be a “one-way” sign at this intersection as well but when one of the corner lots was redeveloped the sign was taken out of the ground and never replaced. This is right near a school and needs to be fixed asap!
