Noise complaint (upstairs neighbor). The loud banging/jumping noise appears to be coming from unit 2402, in 80 Rugg Road, and I am very confident that is the source. The noise started around 12:00 AM and has continued on and off through the night. It woke me up again around 4:00 AM and is still disturbing my sleep. This is not a one-time noise — it has been repeated and disruptive for hours. Please have someone check this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Several mattresses blocking sidewalk- noone can walk by and it’s blocking a building door. 5 days now- can someone pick up and remove? City? Trash company? Anyone?

Excessive noise disturbance coming from 338 Warren Street, Roxbury. Residents are playing loud music that is clearly audible from the street and neighboring properties. This is a violation of the City of Boston's quiet hours (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM). The noise is currently ongoing and preventing residents from sleeping. La Llanera Supermarket on East 8th Street charges a fee to use a debit card when purchasing items. I understand adding a fee when using a credit card however adding a fee using a debit card is prohibited. Perhaps losing their Lottery license did not have the impact it should have. My elderly aunt should not be charged $1.88 more for using her debit. Shame on their predatory practices. Please look into this.

Expired permit 0CCU-1818440 2/27/26 taking up 2 spots in tight parking area. Trailer parked there with cones blocking space. Please ticket for trailer. 85 Chandler st

Fire hydrant is again blocked by trash barrels from 223 Main Street. These residents keep leaving their barrels on Hathon square which is a private way, rather than on Main Street in front of their building. Last week they were issued a citation for their trash barrels and now they are blocking our fire hydrant with their barrels again. This is a safety issue!
