Noise complaint dogs outside on porch since 8am barking and banging on door to get in. It’s almost 6pm now. Not only animal abuse but a noise complaint

Dog has been barking incessantly day and night for over a week. Request animal control to check on the animal welfare. You can see the dog on the second level balcony from the street. Light brown/tan dog. Looks like a Pitt mix. Address appears to be 63 Standard St, right at the corner of Standard Street
