I am reporting a public safety hazard at 77 Guest Street. Ice and snow are falling from the building eaves onto the public walkway. I was struck yesterday, twice in the right side of my head and there is still no safety signage or cordoning in this high-traffic area near the 77 Guest St.

Has broken window due to poor structural upkeep/inspection of our apartment leading to very cold temps in the space all winter. We’ve been waiting for a response from our landlord/management company about a window replacement as well as a possible rent credit due to the environment we’ve been dealing with.
