Drivers routinely park their cars in clearly marked “No Parking” / “No Standing” zones, leave them unattended for the duration of the game, partially block crosswalks. This narrows the road, reduces visibility for pedestrians crossing, possibly delaying fire trucks, ambulances, and police.
