Unshoveled sidewalk next to senior living apartments. The sidewalk is nearly solid ice, between the apartments and the grocery store. Very dangerous.

Sidewalk not cleared of snow. This is a repeat issue for this house and is on the street of Winship school, where the sidewalk is used by elementary aged students, making it a safety concern.

The pathway down is covered in ice, restricting residents from safely walking down. We are renters, and property owners only clear directly in front of the entrance, leaving it unsafe for cars and pedestrians to go downhill to reach the sidewalk. It is extremely inaccessible for those with physical handicaps. If this does not fall under 311, who should I contact? Thank you!
