This is a quick followup to the City response to incident# #101005374163. The complaint is NOT invalid and you could very easily verify this by looking at the host profile or using google. I got a fraud scheme. I found that apartament in the Craigslist. I paid 6300 dollars for apartment to stay for 4 months before I arrived at Boston. In the introduction, the key was supposed to deliver to me in the front of apartment. This morning, I went to that apartment, however, nobody knows about my contract. The date of transaction was April 2nd and 3rd. I was introduced to send money separately in 2 times. In the first transaction of April 2nd, I paid 3300 dollar. In the second transaction of April 3rd, I paid 3000 dollar. I can tell you more exact information. Please let me know about your introduction.

Mr John Sicard (Citadel Properties LLC) received STR# 545899 and he was supposed to rent out 4 Thwing Street in Roxbury. Instead he has been using this STR number for 34 Perrin Place. He also received expired STR#415841 for 4 Thwing St which expired in 2020 and he is using this number for 4 different listings. Ms Smith did not complete her short term rental registration in 2023 but that has not stopped her from operating a rental beginning in August of 2023. 408 sever st unit 4 has been split into two units. The basement is now its own unit. please confirm that this is firesafe, do the spiral stairs count as a means of egress? because they now go into the other unit and the door may be locked. The corporation evolve has not registered this rental with the state as a lodging operator and has not registered this short term rental with Boston.
