Public waste bin vandalized with spray paint graffiti and has bad odor making me sick as I passed by on earth day monday 4/22 and trash pick up day around 9:58 P.M.I was harassed by individuals both females and males parked by the crosswalk loitering by Chankys liquor store/super market on 161 sutherland road and neighboring businesses restaurants while trying to use my phone to document vandalism.I am an individual male of Asian-Indian and middle-eastern Arabic- background.
