Hello, Report 101005426903 was closed with "no violations found". Please can you send an actual ISD inspector for these complaints who knows the regulations. I am sure anyone can see by the photos that the dumpsters and barrels are overflowing, and by actually visiting it is evident that rats can just jump right in and out to get their fill. How could a real inspector working on city payroll who fines other businesses not find a violation here? If this was an ISD inspector, this inspector should be re-trained on issuing violations. When a lid is not tightly closing and garbage is overflowing, and when rats are running in and out of the receptacle because the lid is not on, this is a violation. If it is now okay to have overflowing garbage barrels and dumpsters, should the city not amend the regulations first, and also let off the hook all of the legitimate businesses who have been fined for this?

    CLOSED #101005427432

Resolved. No code enforcement violation found. Will monitor this property daily.
