Hello, the garbage men on my street hook the trash cans up to the truck, and the crane lifts the trash can and dumps it into the truck, but all the trash does not fall into the trash truck, and the sanitation workers do not check the grabage cans, as some of the bags are stuck to the bottom of the cans, as trash does. And now I have a large amount of trash left in my garbage cans. This has occurred on subsequent weeks causing an issue for us. I am happy to throw my own trash in the trash trucks if this is permitted. If not, please ask them to check the garbage cans for stuck bags. I apoligize for the inconvenience, thank you for any help you can provide.
