Illegal blocking of sidewalk

Reccuring and Ongoing noise violations with amplification devices used on public street, creating excessive noise and disturbing the peace. This has been a recurring and ongoing issue at the intersection of Washington Street and Kenwood Street. Every Saturday and/or Sunday afternoons, for several hours at a time beginning late morning 10-11 am throughout the middle afternoon. A group of people sets up to preach on the sidewalk with a speakers and microphones, giving speeches, preaching, and yelling excessively. This plainly audible in excess of 500-600 feet, disturbing the peace down nearby residential streets. This is in violation of Boston Municipal Code Section 16-26.1
