    I put my food bin out on trash day last week and when they collected the food my bin was not returned. Now I don’t have a outside bin for my food. I need another outside bin and when I go to request one they are not giving them now, they have a waitlist.

    Loud street performers during the day hours (over 70db) at Fannuel Hall square. This specific group of performers (dressed in colorful pants and performing jumping stunts) uses very loud speakers and mics that disrupt nearby residents. They constantly shout in their microphones and blast music during the day.
