    Unknown person illegally dumped trash into the public city bin outside our church this morning. Security camera now shows clear face and action—evidence attached. This is the same offender from ‘previously issued to us’]. We appealed that one but it was denied because face wasn’t visible then. Now we have proof it’s not us—please investigate, l Date/time: March 31, 2026, .at 10:am .
