I previously submitted a request for snow plowing and salting on Alpheus Road, which shows as closed, but the road remains unsafe and icy. Residents are getting stuck driving up Alpheus Road, and Jeffers Street appears not to have been cleaned. These conditions are dangerous for residents and emergency vehicles, and pose a major safety hazard with schools reopening. Please reassess and address immediately.
