Noise complaint (upstairs neighbor). The loud banging/jumping noise appears to be coming from unit 2402, in 80 Rugg Road, and I am very confident that is the source. The noise started around 12:00 AM and has continued on and off through the night. It woke me up again around 4:00 AM and is still disturbing my sleep. This is not a one-time noise — it has been repeated and disruptive for hours. Please have someone check this as soon as possible. The city removed illegal snow space savers on this block yesterday under case #: [insert your previous case number]

The city removed the illegal snow space savers on this block yesterday. However, residents immediately placed chairs and tables back out again today to reserve parking spaces on Louis D. Brown Way near Corona Street. The snow emergency ended over a week and half ago and these items are being left out during the day while residents are away at work. I have a handicapped plate and need to access this street to check on an elderly family member but AGAIN CANNOT safely park several streets away. This is now a repeated violation and I am requesting enforcement again so the street remains accessible. Im truly sorry for asking your help with people who disrespect the law as well as those who can not help themselves. I need to get her out on Friday for doctor appointment.

Deep pot hole at 730 Bennington St

Several mattresses blocking sidewalk- noone can walk by and it’s blocking a building door. 5 days now- can someone pick up and remove? City? Trash company? Anyone?
