Damaged Sign
Hello, we are residents of Buttonwood Street and are highly concerned about the number of vehicles that speed past the stop sign at Buttonwood and Grafton. This is an incredibly dangerous intersection and while we understand speed bumps are in plans for the next 3-5 years, it would be very helpful if the city could help with some interim safety measures. These stop signs are barely visible and one is about to fall off. Can we install solar powered flashing lights? Can a stop line be repainted? Anything you can do to help alert drivers to stop is greatly appreciated.
CLOSED #101005427662Case Noted. BTD does not install flashing stop signs. Engineering will have larger stop signs installed for visibility. If vehicles continue to violate the stop signs, please contact BPD. . Thank you for contacting 311 and BTD.
