1580 Dorchester Ave, Dorchester, Ma, 02122Inside & outside of Dunkin Donuts facility. Restrooms not working properly. Tiles broken sink broken in women’s restroom, toilet loose. Rats and rat droppings running amongst open food. Staff smoking on the floor vape pens. Rat droppings on donuts.
CLOSED #101005491350Resolved. Full sanitary completed. Yankee exterminations provides monthly services. Last IPM dated 5/28/24. Report does not reflect any new or ongoing activity. No evidence of rodents were observed at time of inspection. There is 1 bathroom that currently is awaiting faucet repair. Employees were instructed to use the 2nd available 1 stalled restroom until repair is completed. Suggested the PIC lock the bathroom with an out of order sign in the meantime so employees are not using it.

750 Morton St, Dorchester, Ma, 02124There has been a severe infestation problem at 750 Morton St for months and effects the entire building! Mice and Asian water roaches have taken over the building. Inspectors have been out several times and landlord walks away with a slap on the wrist. The attached pictures are from the kitchen and linen closet of my unit. |
