BU bridge sidewalk on north side not plowed for ~50 feet from Comm Ave onto the bridge, forcing pedestrians crossing into traffic

Van parked over 5 hours

Sunshine Rentals which is on Topeka Street has snow piled about 5 ft high along its property. This is a public sidewalk and as an elder who volunteers at the Greater Boston Food Bank, I really need to be able to walk here. Can you encourage them to clear this since they actually own lots of equipment?

It’s been 5 days and no one has shoveled this entire block. I know this is Roxbury and the city doesn’t care about this neighborhood but I’m going to keep calling and submitting requests until it’s taken care of
