City work on creating accessible curbs in our neighborhoods is incredibly shoddy and has caused damage to our property. For some unknown reason (and while we were all at work) the city contractors stuck a huge curb stone on our property line and encased it in the concrete sidewalk. This entire scheme is so confusing and poorly done. The corners are no more accessible than they were with loose piled asphalt on every corner that will disintegrate over the winter. The unneeded curb stone is bizarre and needs to be removed. Can someone please come out and examine, then fix this absurd situation?

Tall ship is expanding their operations and has now installed over 25 new speakers right in front of my apartment. The noise from tall ship is already extremely disruptive from early spring to late fall and the winter is the only season without music + drunk civilians + uber traffic + delivery truck noise early morning + power washing 7am every single morning. Adding this many speakers in front of a large building where families live is disrespectful. 550 E broadway trash left in front of 47 H st for multiple days after pickup, happens weekly

Yard waste pick up is on the calendar for December 1st through the 5th and hasn’t been picked up. Two locations in JP @ 75 & 79 Call street m, 75 has moved the 3 bags to the property line so they don’t fall over. Many pickup trucks from public works with yard waste bags have passed by but none have taken these bags.
