Sidewalk not shoveled

Friday, February 6, 2026, a City plow pushed large mounds of snow and ice onto the top of my driveway and across the public sidewalk in front of my home. I had already cleared the sidewalk, yet it was made completely impassable. I can’t leave or enter my home; walkway blocked! I am 78 years old, have lived in this home since 1973, and pay my taxes. Because my driveway was blocked, I was unable to leave my home and missed a 1:30 PM appointment. This created a serious safety and accessibility issue. I contacted 311 and was told an emergency crew would be sent, but as of now the situation remains unresolved. This is unacceptable and should not happen to residents—especially seniors. No need to explain

Please make wider path to get onto sidewalk. Way too narrow for the bus commuters to get off of the street and out of the traffic intersection in time. Very dangerous.
