Mayot Wu- we need our public street parking back. People from the neighborhoods should be able to shop downtown without paying $50 for private parking. The T sucks, the bike lanes are shitty and dangerous. Today in the South End - it was a deadzone. Empty commercial, and handicap, and valet spots but ZERO spots for shoppers to park. The few 15 min. Meters don't give enough time for crossing the street and back. Can you get a haircut, eat in a restaurant, buy an outfit, have a drink in that time? No. The place was deserted!. Same thing in Financial District, Downtown Crossing. Deserted. So the T sucks, and there is no parking. Why shop in town?? The Public Garden looks like it is ibarricaded by dirty broken plastic poles. Give us back OUR streets and parking back. Boston is not on a grid like NYC and Chicago. Bike lanes by plastic pole is not working. Stop the nonsense!

Reference: Case No. 101006435980 This complaint is a follow-up to the referenced case regarding unauthorized reservation of on-street parking at 58 Seaver St. This issue was reported three days ago, and despite City awareness, the behavior has continued daily. A resident places tall orange traffic triangles or cones and leaves them in place all day to intentionally block public parking spaces for personal use. The cones are kept directly next to the building steps so they are readily available and redeployed whenever a space opens. No City permit signage is posted at any time. These unattended cones are being used to unlawfully restrict access to public parking and prevent other residents from parking on a City street. This conduct has occurred nearly every day for the past month. Requesting enforcement action, including removal and confiscation of the cones, to prevent continued misuse and restore lawful public access to on-street parking.

Icy sidewalk not shoveled

Dangerous crossing of Beacon st at Spruce St. I frequently use this crosswalk and cars just don’t stop. Even when I’m already halfway across. Please enforce resident parking on Condor street in East Boston. There’s so many cars & commercial vehicles currently parked with no resident parking stickers right now and should be ticketed. Thank you.

The building at 61 Park Drive in Fenway has been covered with tarp since December 5, 2025, blocking natural light for all the front facing units in the building, violating MA sanitation code 105 CMR 410. The company and landlord have no plans to take this down until at least April and I feel like this violates the basic standards for housing fitness.
