    While not technically an 'encampment' the stairwell behind 528 mass ave between 156 and 160 w. Springfield is constantly being used by addicts and unhoused. It is currently full of garbage and syringes. 528 Mass Ave needs to get a handle on the mess that is in their stairwell as well as the trash and garbage bins they abandon on the sidewalk. They put and leave trash bins out there constantly. This would not be permitted to continue if this was happening on any 'visible' steet such as Columbus, Tremont, or Mass ave. Their workaround is to leave all their mess/garbage/household trash on W. Springfield. I live at 530 Mass Ave but my main entry is 156 w. Springfield and I am SICK OF IT. DO SOMETHING. This has been reported over and over. It is unsafe, unsightly and unhygienic. We are at our wits end.
