Can someone explain why my car was towed from the right side of pearl street in Charlestown last night? As of 5pm when I got home from picking up my 2 year old daughter from daycare there was not a “no parking” sign. And then it says my car was towed at 11:24pm. The “no parking” signs were across the street. I understand I’m next to a school but less than 6 hour notice (If there even was one)? Also my car was completely shoveled out. Completely unnecessary to move my car. The busses use the left side of the street not the right. Thephoto I attached a sign is from across the street. Nothing was posted on the side of my street. How do I go about getting reimbursed?

Bus stop not cleared (not an MBTA maintained stop per their website) and huge pile of snow blocking sidewalk to get to stop
