So people cannot park they do not have a permit. They have barriers up. My grandmother fell this morning, because they put bags of concrete in the middle of the street, she fell and broke her hip. Now what? METERMAIDS were ticketing in front of their last night, and think twice to fix the problem bags of concrete in street do your job and get them out of street, calling city hall now, for neglect of streets!
