Please remove space savers on Talbot Ave. This is ridiculous, the snow emergency was over two weeks ago. And the space savers in spot are a tow zone.

This house 2-8 Islington Street has been a safe haven for rats for several years. They have oveflowing trash cans again this week, and have had holes in their barrels for going on at least 5 years. They are one of the main sources of rat issues on this street. If they simply relaced the trash cans, that would help the problem. Maybe close the covers or turn them in the opposite direction the wind commonly blows, so they dont blow open. This is unfair and frustrating.
