    Scrub a dub Brighton- danger to neighborhood-asking city to inspect traffic and environmental issues residents should not have to deal with this, owners have no presence and employees are unable to manage the traffic back ups- best part is watching their customers leave and go full speed over the new speed humps- and 12 hours of noise pollution a day
