What is the nature of the problem: [Const. called to raise concerns that this property is abandonned. The backyard is badly overgrown and adding to rat activity. Const. states she hasn't seen anyone there for 2-3 years. States she called police a while ago concerned that the owner had gone missing but was informed he was in some sort of care home or institution in another state. Const. states she believes the son of the owner passed away.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Abandoned buildings. One is a blue triple decker recently renovated with an alarm going off inside. Next to it is a dilapidated building missing windows, rat holes in front yard. Both Buildings abut Kentucky fried chicken parking lot on columbia road.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Abandoned building owned by Athena Health at 5 Redlands Road West Roxbury. There are squatters and they are using some sort of heating device. Can this building be checked for fire hazards.]
