They are aggressive and rude. She has called the police and City Councilor Durkan's office who have both determined that they aren't supposed to be there. They were asked to leave plenty of times by Sargent Narduzzo. Code enforcement inspector needs to really look into this because there is a miscommunication between the departments. The couple keeps showing a permit to the inspector that isn't valid for a Boston sidewalk.]
