    Massive rat infestation on the entirety of Taft street in Dorchester. The City has been “monitoring” the situation for months, but no action has been taken. Rats are chewing through trash bins, tunneling under porches and running about in broad daylight. Dead rats are rotting in the street and in yards. This is a public health issue as they spread disease!! Multiple calls to 311 have been made by many neighbors on the street and nothing has changed. These photos are an elderly couples residence. PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION!!!
