Needle in street between #40 and #42 Mystic St in Charlestown

This is not a request for a specific needle pickup. I often see needles on Edgerly Road between Haviland and Westland, as well as the surrounding area. The other day I (carefully) picked up one at Morville House that was full of blood and deposited it in my own sharps container. Is there a possibility of getting a public sharps container in the Fenway? Thank you!
