trash at 412 Norfolk street in Dorchester, ma 02124 2nd floor BACK porch. Has her trash bAGS out on the porch for the last 2 weeks. She refuses to put it out on Monday's trash day. There were 3 big green trash bags sitting on her porch for about 3 weeks now. One was ripped open by a RAT. SHE needs to be warned. She did that last year also.
