    This is a constant sight at our apartment. CSRE Management specifically Catrina Kipka building manager refuses to provide enough bins or increase the pickup. They have been told multiple times. This is a mix of cardboard and trash that just litters our garage where we park and store bikes. Can someone please force her to do something it’s unsanitary especially as it starts to get warmer it smells aweful
