There is an unusually loud noise coming from an item inside a trash bag located below my residential unit. The noise is continuous and very loud, and it appears to be caused by a mechanical or electronic device inside the trash, not the dumpster itself. This has been going on for an extended period of time and is severely disturbing residents. I am requesting inspection and removal of the noisy item as soon as possible.

At the intersection of Massa and Albany streets, at the bus stop, many drug users are injecting themselves, taking up the entire sidewalk.

Again how come these trash cans can be emptied but you remove the one in Beacon Hill because you don’t want to empty it? Bring back the trash cans

Please remove all trash cans immediately like you did the one on Myrtle street. These ones became full too yet you emptied them? Put the trash can back or remove all trash cans that become full. You can’t pick and choose which ones are allowed to have trash thrown in them vs not they’re trash cans and they were doing their job. The logic makes absolutely no sense and you’re making Beacon Hill look disgusting we need more trash cans not less
