Can this enormous mansion really not afford sidewalk salt? Or afford to pay someone to take care of it for them if they’re unable? Do they need the city’s help? This sidewalk has been a sheet of unshoveled ice since the first snowstorm of this year. It’s so dangerous!

Ice covered sidewalk unsafe

The electrical cover on the sidewall is upside down I think. Flat side is up, not the ribbed side. It’s slippery with rain and snow and I almost fell. Please have it looked at as a safety hazard. Thank you.

Snow not shoveled from original snow storm still

Two vehicles parked at the intersection of Guest St and Everett st. There is no designated parking at the corner and these two cars are blocking 1 of the 3 lanes on this street. The one lane being blocked is the only dedicated lane for traffic to turn on to guest st. As a result the traffic pattern is chaotic. This is on the stop and shop side.

Recycling bin replacement - the recycling company took away my bin yesterday, I guess it was broken. It was the large 64 gallon bin.

The city must take responsibility for clearing and salting the snow; that’s what our taxes are meant for. It’s unacceptable that elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and children are unable to safely navigate the sidewalks. Instead, they are forced to walk on busy streets, putting their lives at risk. This negligence is a serious safety issue that needs immediate attention.
