    Intersection Of Aldie St And Bagnal St, Allston, Ma

    Because of space on Aldie Street in Allston, the snow is collected on the corner of Aldie and Bagnal at the end of the one way on Aldie street where Bagnal street connects. The snow has piled up and although we try to make a footpath, it gets covered every 30 minutes. If we don’t get the snow removed my roommates and I will get fined. I know it’s hard and there’s nowhere to put the snow, but we will get fined if not.

Though we understand that it is frustrating, unfortunately this is unavoidable. The objective of the Public Works Department is to clear the roads of snow so that medical apparatuses can make it up and down streets which means that unfortunately, the snow has to be pushed somewhere.

    Snow plow keeps pushing snow to same side of street. Every time I clear my driveway it gets plowed back in. We are both first responders and don’t have to luxury to stay home. This is ridiculous! They always favor the even side of Hollywood Rd and when we get home from our shift we have to get out and shovel just to get into our driveway, it’s very unfair!
