    Noting continued rodent infestation in parking lot. Consistent rodent presence near this fence line. Current mitigations do not appear to be enough.

    Noted. Abatement has been issued to the property 0f 167-183 Chestnut Hill ave for pest control. I've also talked to the management company ( Mt.Vernon) for 11 Emassy rd. They have active pest control. I also asked them to patch the hole at the bottom of the fence. Eric.McGevna@Boston.gov.
