Franklin Park walk way around the park is not plowed entirely around the park not even halfway.I had assist two elderly walkers down the hill on the side of circuit. I run the park almost daily and it’s dangerous for people who walk and run the park to be forced to do so in the street with buses and cars driving along circuit. The elderly should not be forced not to exercises out doors because the park is not plowed and salted. Please keep the park safe during winter months it has been noticeably noted less care for the walkway in the last couple of years after any type of snow.
