Corner of Endicott and Thatcher, ADA ramp is not cleared

Trash thrown on top of snow banks, not put in barrels! Too lazy to shovel out barrels in alley! Rats are having a buffet dinner tonight. cc: Code enforcement

The sidewalk in front of the Irish famine memorial is not shoveled wide enough for two people to pass. It’s a busy intersection with foot traffic and commuters and should be expanded it’s part of the downtown business improvement district and should be kept up

The corner of west street and mason on the sidewalk has not been shoveled and is icy for foot traffic. Also west street as a whole is not plowed and cars block traffic

While I appreciate the snow being removed off Hanover street - there were many streets and sidewalks that received no care at all. There are 4 schools in the north end- and the sidewalks and streets for families and kids to get there are atrocious! Prince Street - Salem street- Endicott- Thacher- north Washington - islands where children to cross to - never addressed until the other day?! Parks not addressing their sidewalks! Salem and Prince already blocked by obnoxious construction site - barrels at Bovas blocking other sidewalks - crosswalk near Dino’s always has Ubers or delivery trucks blocking. Lack of snow removal made it worse- fines need to be Beth heavy to absentee landlords who don’t address their properties and the city should remember there are more streets then Hanover and the few selected side streets that get attention.

Workers are clearing snow from a private parking lot at 11 pm long after a snow storm. Very loud.
