Outside of convenience plus is always used as a public trash can. Something's got to give at some point. They let homeless people loiter and hang out on the steps next door all day and don't do anything and people literally come out unwrap their stuff and drop trash. I don't know who needs to be accountable for this but it's a nuisance to the neighborhood not only is there always garbage everywhere but people are always loitering.
