Broken overflowing city of BOSTON,MA issued waste can will not shut.The waste is scattered all thoughout the street by 1237 COMMONWEALTH AVENUE by the BANK OF AMERICA location and other stores along the street.The waste is attracting rodents and insects. I was threatened by racist white-europeans light-skinned stalkers waiting by the nearby M.B.T.A. #66 bus and green line train stops for having my phone to record these violations.
