    44 Guild st trash barrels overflowing. Barrels are never put out on trash day and the barrels remain overflowing as residents keep filling them. Owner needs to be ticketed daily as this is a daily problem and causes more rats. Please ticket 44 Guild st. Please city of Boston reach out to the owner as this problem is ongoing weekly.
