One needle on the sidewalk, kind of hidden in the snow, on northhampton street between gage and parmelee street. When walking from gage, towards parmelee, you’ll go past the public garden and it will be on your left

The residents' trash is overflowing in the alley, and has been for a couple of weeks. Now there are huge rats climbing around the trash and in the alley

Very much appreciate all of the plowing that the city workers are doing but there are two blind spots I think should be addressed: there is no way (on foot or on bike) to access Franklin Park from American Legion Highway. As you can see from this picture, instead of plowing all the snow into the grass on the sides, they piled all the snow directly onto the pedestrian entrances, both here and at the Franklin Hill intersection. So if you need to access it from Franklin Hill, not only do you need to walk down the street (as I had to) to where the BlueBikes are located (inaccessible due to the careless piling of snow by the way), but even there you can just barely climb over the pile of snow to enter. There needs to be a way of piling the snow while leaving the park entrances open. Thank you.
