: 304 Seaver Street, Boston, MA Location details: Front/main entry door (building common entrance) Issue/Title: Broken front entry lock — unsafe access / unauthorized entry Description (paste this): I am filing a complaint against Blue Hill Elm Estates (property management/landlord) regarding 304 Seaver Street, Boston, MA. The front/main entry door lock has been broken and not properly securing the building for approximately five (5) years. Because the front door does not lock reliably, unauthorized individuals are able to enter the building, and there have been repeated incidents of people forcing entry and/or entering due to the broken lock. This creates an ongoing safety and security risk for tenants. Blue Hill Elm Estates has been notified repeatedly over the years and has refused or failed to repair/replace the front lock and properly secure the entry door. Please dispatch Inspectional Services Department (ISD)/Housing to inspect, cite violations, and order immediate repairs so the entry door closes and locks securely. Car parked on street with expired plates. Its been there 2 days. corner of Washington St, Boston, MA 02132 and Grouse St, Boston, MA 02132 near Speedy Market. needs ticketing.

Someone has put no parking sign attached to cones, up and down Austin St. The signs say no parking Jan 19-23. It says they have consent from public works. The residents never approved or voted for this. These signs were placed on the eve of a holiday weekend. There were no flyers, no ones been told why people cant park. Jan 19 is a holiday. Is the city really telling people they cant park at their home let alone on a holiday. Are people really going to be doing construction on a holiday, are they even allowed to do construction on a holiday.
