The loose manhole cover in front of Bumstead Ct and Boylston St has yet to be fixed. A crew has been out three times and it still isn't fixed. It's been months. The recent crew made it worse after slamming a sledge hammer at it. It is a safety issue and is causing a severe noise nuisance as traffic hits it every few seconds. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I should not be subject to this. I will be filing a complaint each day moving forward.

Encampment nightly man in a wheelchair and his 1 or 2 friends nightly for past 2 weeks 405 harrison ave doorway

This car had been parked here for 2 days and trucks had been unable to make the turn, also it is a handicap ramp that is being blocked by this vehicle please tickets it and tow it, this person had been doing this for a while and getting away with it. The reason why it keeps happening.

Ice and clogged storm drains in tunnel/underpass

Building unit not equipped with trash bins for proper disposal. Consistently causing street litter and rat activity.

Potential sinkhole! Several utilities work done on this section of the street over last few years - National Grid, Eversource. This is latest section. Needs repaving!
