At40 Rockingham Ave Apartments the elevator is broken, not working at all and there is no staff or way to contact staff , elderly ppl cannot walk up or down 5 stories, no one knows company number who maintains elevator pls help

White sedan parked on the left side of Florian street if you are Coming off of Hyde park ave . There used to be a no parking sign for the left side of the street but it fell over. The car is going to block all the tow trucks and emergency vehicles from getting down the street. Can barely fit car down the street
