Dead rat on the sidewalk and in the road

There is a washing machine appliance just sitting on the side walk and hasn’t been picked up in a week. Think it was just dumped since the person didn’t want to pay to haul it away

This truck has been routinely picking up trash from El Parche restaurant 636 Bennington Street, East Boston at 4am. The truck idles, the upper door is opened and there is loud beeping as the lift is lowered and raised. Completely unacceptable to have “trash pick up” in this manner and at that hour - and against what was agreed upon with the licensing board.
