Illegal Parking / Smoking Marijuana

The entire block here is icy and unshoveled. There are no houses here. This is 100% the responsibility of the city. It has been this way for over two weeks. The app has removed the un shoveled sidewalk option from the list before they’ve even dug out the majority of sidewalks. You all should be ashamed.

Hi, I submitted a report for some illegally dumped mattresses in my neighborhood that have been on street over 1 month (report #101006494542). I was directed to arrange for pickup. It is my understanding that this is Boston’s responsibility, not mine. Can you please advise?
