Toyota sedan parked in tow zone

Abandoned silver Toyota Prius at 4 Beale Street. It has been in a 2hr spot for over a month. (See snow upon tires.) I heard a few people talking today and they said they were going to push it into the road because they were so frustrated by it—which wouldn’t be good as it would block a one-way street and the only entrance to the MBTA employee parking lot at Ashmont Station.
