Trash on sidewalk

Following up on case #BCS 001064661 which DPW stated was closed because they replaced the too-bright LED lights in Greenough Park ( Jamaica PLAIN) streetlight. Whatever replacement bulbs they used have not made any difference in the stadium-bright lights flooding our yards and inside our homes on Greenough Park. Can DPW please return and install much lower wattage light bulbs? It would be greatly appreciated.

Somerset St narrows at this point, from here to Ashburton Place. It is supposed to be parking on one side only. Because the sign is missing cars park here, then trucks and busses can't get through, are stuck and block traffic access to the court house.
