FINDING THE ADDRESS: Address is 86 Charles Street, but the trash bins are located in the BACK of the building on Mt Vernon Sq in Public Alley 301, in between 6 Mt Vernon Sq and 10 Mt Vernon Sq. You will see the trash cans and a black door with "86" on it. NOTE: New owners took over in November. This building is now owned by CEI Realty, LLC at 101 Federal St, Unit 1900, 02110.it is managed by Suffolk Property Management. __ ISSUE: Ongoing issue with landlord refusing to manage trash properly. It is stored illegally next to resident windows and is constantly overflowing attracting rats, smells, mice, and flies. Past and current landlords refused to address it for past 4 years despite being apprised in writing of the CMR 410s they are in violation of.
