Ongoing noise disturbance from a neighboring unit due to loud piano playing during nighttime hours. The noise has been occurring after 11 PM and continues, preventing sleep despite use of earplugs. It was a snow removal request that never happened. The snow has melted and there is no more snow to remove. The additional request to close old snow reports was a serious request . There are open snow removal request going back as far as 8 YEARS AGO, and that's just on Upland Ave, not including the rest of the city. Thank you
