145 endicott st lobby has an alarm that has been troubled for months. It goes off multiple times a week and maintenance just continues to press a button that makes it stop for maybe a day or two until it goes again. In the past it had beeped for 3 days straight over the weekend. I have called and emailed multiple times and a permanent solution has yet to be made. It is currently 5am on Saturday and it woke me up…again. This needs to end now. I don’t care if they have to remove the alarm from the wall altogether I can’t listen to the beeping one day more.

Send this request to ISD please: It’s 3am and people have been yelling and fist fighting for 45 mins outside of Moon Villa and BPD isn’t telling anyone to stfu - residents deserve better quality of life enforcement. Moon villas hours need to change - this is fucking ridiculous.
