PLEASE come get this mattress in front of my house before we head into the holiday weekend!!!

This mattress has been here for 3 weeks now, it’s a shared alleyway. Last time they left the mattress like that it attracted rats as a shelter (nest?). The landlord rarely visits the property and did nothing when I told him. Is there anything you can do?
