Can we consider putting up signs reminding people not to block the intersections downtown? I just watched cars almost completely block the intersection three light cycles in a row on St James hoping space will magically appear ahead of them when it NEVER DOES. People do not know how to drive in a dense city here. Start fining people if you have to.
