Other | Details: [Gate is not secured-- no locks--vandals have come onto property and go into house--door was broken into--basement window opened. I've had to close doors and block windows myself. The house is likely a fire hazard with the materials inside of the house.. In addition, branches from dead tree in southwest corner of red house, in back, against fence--has shed many branches recently--one with enough force to break bricks in my yard. A concern since we have small children playing in back. Simple solution is to cut down the dead tree and properly board up the front door and basement window of the small house, then padlock the gates. Been waiting for owner to address these issues on his own, but its gone too far now.] Exact location: [driveway and pedestrian gates along sidewalk; front door of house and basement window facing Stoughton street; dead tree in back of house against the property line fence.]
