    Around 7 am this morning, a medium size rat (about 5" body) ran from 11-11A Islington Street parking lot into weeds/yard in 3 Islington Terrace yard (near telephone pole). Rats regularly run along the fence line from 5 Islington Terrace and 7 Islington Street yard. We have started noticing them in the morning, when it is daylight.

    The field at the bottom of Horace Street, has multiple rat holes, and rats running around the neighborhood and biting the trash barrels. The field is overgrown with weeds, and there is construction equipment that appears to be abandoned. There is a utility pole that one of the tractors snapped in half. They knocked down the pole and left it there with the two pieces splintered. Kids from the surrounding schools and camps use this field.
