There are visible rat tunnels, a water bucket that the rats drink out of, and a food source in the trash cans and trash bags left on the ground. Starting at dusk, I see 5-10 rats in this yard. Could someone inspect this yard for rats?

Have lived next to this absent landlord for a decade; always problems with property, shared alley, trash, but no matter how many tickets are logged, it changes nothing. Have called his # many times but never returns calls; he lives in burbs.
