Track has two major tears in lanes 2 and 3 near the entrance. Teams have been very respectful using mats to cross. It looks like someone either dragged metal across the track or a bike skidded and tore it. Dangerous for runners and expensive for city to fix if we wait until after winter when water will freeze under the rubber and leave giant holes | Type of improvement: [Pathways] SR Type: [Trades General]
