    Noted. During the initial inspection of the site, the tree was not up against the house. Another stake was added to help support the tree from leaning back into the house during strong winds. More soil was added to fill in air pockets and to promote root growth.

    Case Noted. The BPRD Urban Forestry Division does not care for trees located on private ways. Wellsmere Park, where the tree in question is located, is a private way. Trees on private way roads are the responsibility of the abutting property owner to maintain.
