He is very upset that this happened and wants to report what happened.]

Constituent states that for the past 5 months the D’Alesandro Construction workers have restricted parking spaces all along Jersey st to residents and have probably done only about 2 weeks of actual work despite the immense amount of space that they take up on the two streets. Constituent states its impossible for law abiding citizens to have a car in the area when every day they might wake up to a new space that is restricted while no work is done. Constituent states the work was slated to end today but now the contractors are extending the work by 2 weeks.]
