Overflowing for trashcan has been like this for weeks. City took down the Christmas wreaths from the light poles on the adjacent street and dumped them here. Additional trash from the junkies who shoot up in this park continues to pile up here as well.

The side of the road is overgrown with weeds. More importantly, there is an unfinished pavement around the light pole that effectively serves as an anuthorized trash receptacle, if not safety hazzard - any chance of pouring a concrete slab over it? Thank you

This is part of the problem in allowing signage all over trees and poles, it drops to the floor
