Cars are constantly driving in the bike lane starting at this intersection, and also coming from the rotary in the other direction. It is extremely unsafe for cyclist. I drive this way 4 days a week and see it on average 3 times per week. I have even seen a car honk at a bike while driving behind it in the bike lane, swerve around it, and then get back into the bike lane and continue driving.
